Setting up enrollment metrics

If you have a CTMS:

Florence StudyOrganizer can import data from your CTMS. You may already have the CTMS Sync set up, but there are new reports that export enrollment metrics from your CTMS to populate this data in Florence StudyOrganizer. Here are the instructions for the CTMS we currently support:

• CRIO

• RealTime

• Clinical Conductor (Enterprise here, Non-Enterprise here)

• OnCore

If you have the Enrollment Report already being sent to Florence StudyOrganizer and still do not see the Enrollment Metrics populating, the data is not in your CTMS. Update your CTMS and contact [e-mail] to re-import your data.

If you do not have a CTMS:

Florence StudyOrganizer does not currently support importing enrolling metrics outside of our CTMS Integration. However, we would love to explore this option with you!
