How to Enable Florence StudyOrganizer FQ Assistant

1. Check that you've installed the Florence StudyOrganizer extension. Click here to install it if you haven't done so already.

2. Check your Florence StudyOrganizer user settings:

   1. Log in to https://sites.florencehc.com/.

   2. Click your profile image in the top-right corner (usually your initials or avatar from either Google or Microsoft).

   3. Select Settings.

   4. Click Edit Profile.

   5. Check the "I fill out feasibility questionnaires and want Florence StudyOrganizer FQ Assistant enabled" checkbox.

   6. Optional: Set the Default homepage to FQ Assistant if you'd like the FQ Assistant to become the first page you see when logging into Florence StudyOrganizer.

   7. Click Update to save.
