How to use the Password Vault

Florence StudyOrganizer contains a built-in password manager where you can store login details for a list of StudyOrganizer-optimized platforms.

These login details are only visible to you.

Adding a Login to Password Vault

  1. To access the password manager, go to the Apps menu in the upper right and click Password Vault.

  2. In Password Vault, click Add Credential to begin.

  3. In the first field, select your vendor from the list. If you don't see your vendor, reach out to support@florencehc.com to add them.

  4. In the second field, enter your username for the selected vendor.

  5. In the third field, enter your password. Click the eye icon to view the password you typed if needed.

  6. You can add extra details about this login in the Notes field if you like.

  7. Click Save to finish.

You can access your saved passwords by clicking the purple StudyOrganizer extension icon and clicking Passwords.
