Florence StudyOrganizer contains a built-in password manager where you can store login details for a list of StudyOrganizer-optimized platforms.
These login details are only visible to you.
Adding a Login to Password Vault
- To access the password manager, go to the Apps menu in the upper right and click Password Vault.
- In Password Vault, click Add Credential to begin.
- In the first field, select your vendor from the list. If you don't see your vendor, reach out to support@florencehc.com to add them.
- In the second field, enter your username for the selected vendor.
- In the third field, enter your password. Click the eye icon to view the password you typed if needed.
- You can add extra details about this login in the Notes field if you like.
- Click Save to finish.
You can access your saved passwords by clicking the purple StudyOrganizer extension icon and clicking Passwords.
