How to log in to Florence Study Organizer

Create a new account:

  1. Go to https://sites.florencehc.com/ .
  2. Click the purple Sign Up Now! button.

  3. Enter your work email address.

  4. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

  5. Open the confirmation email and click "set your password" to confirm your account.

  6. Enter your first name, last name, and then choose a password. You will be asked to enter this password twice to confirm it. Then click Create Account.

  7. Next, choose the study you are working on by searching for the Protocol, NCT ID, Sponsor, or other study fields. You can also create your own study by clicking "create your own study".

  8. Then you'll be able to organizer your study by adding Team Members, Bookmarks, External Contacts, and Sticky Notes. A tutorial will walk you through each aspect of organizing your study to get you started!
  9. Congratulations - your account is created!

With a pre-existing account:

  1. Go to https://sites.florencehc.com/.
  2. You'll see three options: Sign in with Google, Sign in with Microsoft, and Sign In with StudyOrganizer.

  3. If you signed up for StudyOrganizer with your gmail account or your Microsoft account, use Sign in with Google/Sign in with Microsoft to be automatically provisioned in.
  4. If you didn't sign up with either of these options, use Sign In with StudyOrganizer. You'll enter your email address, then your password. Then click Sign In to finish.
