Customizing your StudyOrganizer experience

We understand that your day-to-day may vary quite a bit depending on your roles and responsibilities. While the Florence StudyOrganizer platform is intended to increase collaboration and transparency across the team, there are a few things you can do to customize your user experience.


Customize your profile settings

  1. Navigate to and click the person icon in the right upper corner.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click the Edit icon next to Site Locations.
  4. Choose which site locations you work at. You can choose all locations, one, or multiple.

Favorite your studies

Pro tip! This helpful method allows you to easily locate the studies you are working on, especially if there are a large number of studies associated with your organization.

  1. Click on the study you want to favorite.
  2. Click on the star next to the study title.
  3. Navigate back to the home page by clicking on the icon in the top left.
  4. The favorited study will appear at the top of the list.
